Johor BN announces full 56-candidate lineup for state election, contesting all seats under one team and one struggle.
PETALING JAYA: Johor Barisan Nasional (BN) has announced its full slate of 56 candidates for the upcoming Johor state election, contesting all seats as the coalition seeks a renewed mandate in the state.
The announcement was made during BN’s candidate unveiling ceremony, where Johor BN chairman Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi described the lineup as symbolising “one symbol, one team, and one struggle” for Bangsa Johor.
“Fifty-six candidates, one symbol, one team, one struggle for Bangsa Johor Darul Ta’zim,” he said.

Onn Hafiz said the candidates represent unity and collective responsibility within the coalition as BN prepares for the election.
He also thanked party leadership and supporters for their commitment, urging campaign machinery to intensify efforts ahead of polling day.
“Let us win Barisan Nasional candidates in this state election. To Allah we submit,” he added.
