PETALING JAYA: Construction outfit Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd, via wholly owned subsidiary Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM529.3 million contract from BRDB Developments Sdn Bhd for the construction of a luxury residential development in Taman Duta, Bukit Tunku, Kuala Lumpur.
The award marks Kerjaya’s first project with BRDB, a renowned premium property developer known for its high-end residential and commercial developments, further expanding the group’s client base andreinforcing its position as a preferred construction partner for quality developments.
The project comprises eight blocks of villa residences offering 146 units with two blocks of car parks with two levels of basement car parks featuring common facilities and a clubhouse.
The development was scheduled to commence yesterday and is targeted for completion within 33 months.

With this latest win, Kerjaya’s year-to-date contract wins for FY2026 have risen to about RM1.6 billion, while total outstanding order book now stands at RM4.5 billion.
