MERCEDES-BENZ Malaysia and Asbenz Stern have opened a new Mercedes-Benz Autohaus in Kuantan, Pahang. Located in Indera Mahkota, the new facility is described as the largest Mercedes-Benz Autohaus on the East Coast, with a total built-up area of 65,340 sq ft.

The Autohaus includes 26,565 sq ft of showroom display and customer spaces, with room to display up to six vehicles. Customer areas include the Star Lounge and access to the Mercedes-Benz Lifestyle Collection.

The facility also integrates sales and aftersales services under one roof. Marking a first for Asbenz Stern, the Kuantan Autohaus now includes body and paint services, expanding its aftersales capabilities in the region.

It is equipped with up to 16 work bays, supporting scheduled maintenance and more extensive repair work. Services are carried out by Mercedes-Benz trained and certified technicians.

The new Autohaus also supports electrified vehicles, with on-site DC fast charging of up to 120 kW. The charger is capable of charging two vehicles simultaneously, catering to all-electric and plug-in hybrid Mercedes-Benz models.

Asbenz Stern has invested RM 23 million into the Kuantan Autohaus. To date, the company has invested a total of RM 35 million across its network, which now includes three Autohauses in Kedah, Pahang and Terengganu.

The new facility adopts Mercedes-Benz’s latest retail brand presence, focused on a more digitalised and seamless customer journey.
