The All-American Rejects releases first full-length album in 14 years
THE All-American Rejects has released Sandbox, its first full-length album in 14 years.
The new record was produced by frontman Tyson Ritter, lead guitarist Nick Wheeler and Scott Chesak. It also features the new single Clothesline.

Ritter said the album deals with growing older, adulthood and facing the outside world.
“The record touches on themes of reconciling youth, finally having to stand on your own two feet as an adult, and facing the outside world. Sandbox has helped me survive in this modern age – not only where I am in my life, but in the world.”
Sandbox features 12 tracks, including Easy Come, Easy Go, Get This, Search Party!, Eggshell Tap Dancer, Green Isn’t Yellow, Sandbox, King Kong, Clothesline, Lemonade, For Mama, Staring Back At Me and Search Party! (Live From Medium Sized Backyard).
Formed in Stillwater, Oklahoma in 1999, The All-American Rejects broke through in the early 2000s with Swing, Swing from its 2002 self-titled debut album.
Their 2005 album Move Along produced Dirty Little Secret, Move Along and It Ends Tonight, while 2008’s When the World Comes Down included Gives You Hell, one of the band’s biggest songs.
The band’s music continues to draw listeners in Southeast Asia, with the Philippines and Indonesia listed among its top five listening markets. Singapore and Malaysia also remain part of their global audience.
