Netizens and Pahang Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail commended the young motorcyclist.
A young motorcyclist has been showered with praise online after helping an ambulance navigate heavy traffic and safely reach Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan (HTAA), earning admiration for his quick thinking and compassion.
The incident came to light after a woman shared her appreciation on Threads, describing how the rider voluntarily escorted an ambulance carrying a patient from Jaya Gading, Kuantan to HTAA.
Videos attached to her post showed the young man dismounting his motorcycle and walking through the traffic to ask motorists to make way for the ambulance.

He then returned to his motorcycle, switched on his hazard lights and escorted the ambulance through the congestion.
“He looks like a Gen Z student, carrying a backpack and a water bottle, but his empathy is incredible.
“Thanks to his help, the patient managed to reach the hospital’s red zone safely despite the traffic chaos,” the woman wrote.
Expressing her gratitude, she added: “If anyone knows this young man, please pass this message on to him. May you excel in your studies, find a good job, have a kind employer, be blessed with a righteous spouse, attain a good ending in life, and receive every good thing in the world, young man.”
In a heartwarming twist, the rider later appeared in the comments section to identify himself.
“That was me. May the patient’s affairs be eased. I only helped as much as I could,” he wrote, thanking netizens for their prayers.
“Congratulations, excellent work,” praised Pahang Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail.

“Even watching videos like this makes me emotional. Faith in humanity restored,” praised another.
